Asociación para las Naciones Unidas y el Derecho Internacional

VALUES

ANUDI bases its activities on the values and ideals of equality, peace, diversity, dialogue and understanding between States that gave birth to the United Nations after World War II. The members of the association firmly believe that the university environment is the ideal breeding ground for promoting these ideas and, as students, we intend to make this effective through various projects and activities aimed at raising awareness among our peers on issues that affect us all, not only as professionals of tomorrow but also as citizens of the world.

Among the activities we organize annually, the Model United Nations hosted at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3MUN) is our main work. UC3MUN aims to create a multicultural environment made up of university students of different nationalities in which to discuss issues of international relevance, as the ultimate exponent of our desire to promote a context of dialogue and cohesion together with a greater dissemination of International Relations.

Thus, our ultimate goal is to share with students from all over the world the values of the UN through an inter-university forum of debate based on awareness, dialogue and respect for Human Rights.
